For store staff
Daily operation
Day-to-day, the kiosk is nearly hands-off. Here is the simple routine your team follows.
Morning setup
- Power on the in-store kiosk screen.
- Open the kiosk display and sign in with your kiosk account (it remembers your store).
- If an event is scheduled for today, the screen is ready; otherwise it shows the standby screen with your ads.
During business hours
- The kiosk automatically goes live when a scheduled event opens its lobby.
- Customers join by PIN or in the app; the leaderboard, webcam, and music sync on screen.
- Between songs, your store ads and app-download CTAs rotate on the display.
End of day
- When the event finishes, the screen shows the final podium and full leaderboard.
- The kiosk returns to standby on its own — no manual shutdown needed.
- The kiosk account stays signed in, so it is ready again the next day.
