Welcome to JamStage, a social rhythm game developed and operated by CM Holdings USA, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using JamStage ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of JamStage, including visitors, registered users, and others who access the service.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
The App displays advertisements. For details on how advertising works, what data is collected, and your choices (including how to opt out of personalized ads), please review Section 4.3 of our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use JamStage. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and that they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, gain unfair advantages, or for any other reason is prohibited and may result in permanent bans of all associated accounts.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use JamStage for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

JamStage is committed to fair competition. Any attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, tournament results, or leaderboards—whether through technical means or collusion with other players—is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
JamStage maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, harassment, and abusive behavior in all user-generated areas of the App, including but not limited to Crew Chat, Fan Stage posts and comments, Champion Showcase videos, usernames, and crew names.

The Company reserves the right to remove any user-generated content, suspend, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, to maintain a safe community environment. Users who repeatedly violate our community standards will have their accounts terminated.

JamStage offers various competitive modes including 1:1 Challenge, Sync Challenge, and Crew Challenge (weekday score battles and weekend boss raids). By participating, you agree that:

We reserve the right to dissolve crews, remove members, or reset crew rankings in cases of policy violations.
JamStage and all its contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, music, and game design—are owned by CM Holdings USA, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The music, choreography references, and rhythm patterns used in JamStage are licensed or created by the Company. You may not extract, reproduce, or distribute any music or content from the App without prior written permission.

JamStage is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Health and Safety Notice
JamStage involves physical activity (dancing). Before using the App, ensure you have adequate space around you. We are not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or accidents that occur during gameplay. If you have any medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before engaging in dance activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CM Holdings USA, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CM Holdings USA, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your user-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at tech@cmholdingsusa.com or through the account deletion feature in the App settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Virtual currencies, game progress, crew memberships, and all in-game items associated with your account will be forfeited without compensation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, conducted in Los Angeles County, California.
You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Company.
